Well Header Data - The map below shows all oil, gas and coal bed methane wells located onshore and offshore. Note - data coverage spans the entire state and includes current and historical records.


Well Permit Data - The map below shows all new permits issued on the North Slope for a one year period. Note - data coverage spans the entire state and includes current and historical records.


Well Completion Data - The map below shows all well completions on the North Slope for a one year period. Note - data coverage spans the entire state and includes current and historical records.


Well Abandonment Data - The map below shows all well abandonments on the North Slope for a one year period. Note - data coverage spans the entire state and includes current and historical records.


Well Production Data - The map below shows one month of production on the North Slope. Note - data coverage spans the entire state and includes current and historical records on a well level basis.


Active Land Lease Data - The map below shows all active State and MMS leases on North Slope. Note - data coverage spans the entire state, covers BLM, State and MMS leases, and includes current and historical records.


Land Ownership Data - The map below shows all federal, state and private land ownership.


PLSS and MMS Protraction Grids - The map below shows PLSS section level grids (state land and submerged lands) and MMS protraction grids. Note - data coverage spans the entire state (onshore and offshore). PLSS grids are available at township and section levels, and overlap MMS protraction grids.


Digital Elevation Models (DEM) - The map below shows a 300 meter DEM of the entire state. Smaller scale, high-resolution data sets are also available.


Sedimentary Basins - The map below shows total sediment thickness of Alaskan basins.


Surface Geology - The map below shows surface geology of Alaska.

All data is updated on either a monthly or weekly basis. Data is published to the Digital Petrodata Extranet/FTP site for immediate client downloading. Packaged CD-ROM data sets are also available and can be shipped monthly when data is updated.
